For two people you will need

half a red onion

one cucumber

one large tomato

Half yellow or red pepper

about ten stoned green olives or black ones

50 grams block of feta cheese cubed

3 tablespoon of olive oil

one to two table spoon lemon juice

parsley to garnish

Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make

Its very simple, cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in big chunks, cut onion into rings and then cut in half, cut the peppers into long thick strips, put everything except cheese and parsley in a bowl or deep plate, then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and salt and pepper.

Then arrange the cheese cubes on top, and garnish with parsley leaves and you are ready to serve.
